• Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is within 5 business days from the date of payment and submission of accurate birth details. While we make every effort to meet this window, Jyotish North County is not liable for minor delays due to volume or technical disruptions.
• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your email inbox can accept incoming PDF attachments and checking your spam/junk folders.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of hand-calculated Vedic Astrology readings, all sales are final.

• Once a purchase is processed through Stripe, we immediately begin the manual calculation of your D1 and D9 charts. Therefore, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued after purchase.
• If you accidentally input incorrect birth data (date, time, or place), please notify us via email within 12 hours of purchase to correct it before your chart is drafted.

5. Payment Processing and Transaction Liability
All financial transactions on this Website are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

• By purchasing services from us, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
• Jyotish North County does not store your credit card information and is not liable for any payment errors, unauthorized charges, or data breaches that occur on Stripe's platform.
